We will not collect your personal information unless you choose to register for Forest City Feis. By submitting personal information to register in Forest City Feis, and by your participation therein, you understand and agree that this information -including but not limited to Name, Age Category, School, and photographs- may be used to track your results as well as to indicate feis enrollment on the website, and that we post any such information with your express permission, and that all parties will abide by the rules as set out by the NAFC, IDTAC and Forest City Feis. Information collected is retained from the time received until the following year's feis on the Registrar's personal computer. Forest City Feis offers no guarantees of privacy or security for any personal information gathered. Information gathered in this way may be shared with your dance school, other feiseanna, and organizations including but not limited to An Coimisiun le Rinci Gaelacha (The Irish Dancing Commission), the Irish Dance Teachers Association of North America, the Irish Dance Teachers Association of Canada, and the North American Feis Commission. Information we gather will not be sold to mailing lists or direct marketing lists by our organization, although we cannot guarantee the same of your dance school, our partner organizations or other feiseanna.
